WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer 3 kinds of shipping methods: Express shipping method, Sea shipping and Store pick up. 27 kinds of different carrier to meet your needs. You have the flexibility to choose the one that matches your requirements.
For Express shipping, we ship your package by DHL/UPS/FEDEX which takes about 5 to 10 business days to most countries in the world.
For Sea shipping, based on FOB term, we ship package to your nearest sea port, this generally takes 20-40 business days to almost any country in the world.
For Store pick up shipping, based on EXW term, we will ship it to your forwarder in china.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The Total Delivery Time is: Processing Time + Shipping Time. We will ship your order as soon as possible and provide you with a tracking number.
For post shipping, we ship your package by post office which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world.
For Express shipping, we ship your package by DHL/UPS/FEDEX which takes about 5 to 10 business days to most countries in the world.
(a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
(b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 7 to 20 business days.
(c) For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
(d) For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
I PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I ADD AN ITEM?
The order begins processing soon after placement, so the quickest solution is to place a new order for the additional item.
WHY MY ORDER DID NOT SHIP OUT WITHIN 48H?
We try our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 48 hours, but sometimes excessive orders, warehouse shipping out delays, so there will be a delay of 3 to 7 working days, please understand us. Once the stock is sufficient, we will ship it to you immediately.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INVOLVED IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT MY LOCAL IMPORT TARIFFS?
Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay.

The shipping and insurance fees you pay do not include import tariffs. Vipleasure.net do not bear any tariffs, so please make an estimate of the tariff before you shopping.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Our shipping partners are unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses. So please provide a street address for your order.
I PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, contact Customer Service (Email: Support@vipleasure.net) to make any changes to your shipping details. Keep in mind that an address can only be changed if the order has not yet shipped.
DO I HAVE TO PAY OTHER FEES EXCEPT THE PRODUCT COST?

If you choose Express delivery, you may be required to pay customs fees, vipleasure.net do not bear any customs fees.
